"I decided to try the weight loss program at CPS and was delighted to learn how comprehensive and supportive the entire program is. I first met with the doctor. This is amazing b/c so many other programs claim "doctor" support when really, you are not meeting with a physician . Next, I met with the nurse practitioner to learn how to administer the medication and get help managing any side effects. This was incredibly helpful. Finally, I met with a certified health coach who was amazing! She was so full of knowledge from nutrition to physical activity; she was able to take my goals and trouble spots and make immediate tweaks and recommendations. I felt like they really wanted to help me because I received loads of praise for what I was doing well, along with the encouragement I needed to make small changes that would help me be successful. I had a consultation with Diane first, and I felt like she was amazingly knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything. She made me feel unbelievably comfortable and I trusted her completely. She is absolutely wonderful! I met with Jacki next and she took any fear or nervousness I had away, and I was so happy with the results of my lips! I also had dysport to get rid of those terrible 11’s between the eyes and the results are still amazing. I just have to add in that Diane went above and beyond by coming into the room and holding my hand during the whole thing! I don’t think she realized how much something little like that mattered, but it definitely stuck out for me!
