This healthy 36-year-old woman (5’6″, 141 pounds) was dissatisfied with the volume of her breasts and sought enhancement. She underwent a breast augmentation procedure with submuscular implant placement via an inframammary incision. To achieve a natural feel and improved symmetry, Mentor high-profile Memory Gel implants were used—450cc on the right and 425cc on the left. The procedure successfully enhanced her breast size to the D cup she desired. The patient was thrilled with the results, enjoying a balanced and fuller appearance. The after photos were taken 12 months post-surgery.
Breast Reduction Patient 27
This is a 33-year-old woman (5'7", 195 pounds) who experienced back and shoulder discomfort, as well as skin irritation, which were associated with her large breasts (38DD bra). She underwent a bilateral breast reduction with nipple repositioning, during which 698 grams (1.53 pounds) were removed from her right breast and 632 grams (1.39 pounds) from her left breast.
