This is a 50-year-old woman (5'7", 160 pounds) who sought a solution for concerns about her breast size and the associated ptosis (sagging) caused by excess tissue. Her original bra size was a D cup. During her Breast Reduction procedure, 322g (0.71 pounds) of tissue was removed from the left breast and 362g (0.6 pounds) from the right breast, resulting in a final cup size of C. Additionally, she underwent a revision of her surgical scarring one year later. The after photos, taken 18 months post-breast reduction and scar revision, showcase her transformation.
Breast Augmentation Patient 44
This healthy 36-year-old woman (5’6″, 141 pounds) was dissatisfied with the volume of her breasts and sought enhancement. She underwent a breast augmentation procedure with submuscular implant placement via an inframammary incision. To achieve a natural feel and improved symmetry, Mentor high-profile Memory Gel implants were used—450cc on the right and 425cc on the left. The procedure successfully enhanced her breast size to the D cup she desired. The patient was thrilled with the results, enjoying a balanced and fuller appearance. The after photos were taken 12 months post-surgery.

This case features a healthy 23-year-old woman (5'0", 106 pounds) who sought to enhance her breast size and shape. She underwent breast augmentation using 375cc Mentor High Profile Gel Implants. The procedure addressed a lack of breast tissue in the lower part of the breast, creating a fuller, rounder appearance. Her bra size increased from an A cup to a C cup, achieving her desired results. This transformation highlights the effectiveness of breast augmentation in improving breast volume and symmetry. Her after photos were taken six months following her breast augmentation procedure.
