This case features a 66-year-old woman (5'8", 189 pounds) who lost 90 pounds following gastric bypass surgery 13 years prior. She chose to undergo an extended tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), during which six pounds of soft tissue were removed, and her abdominal muscles were tightened. Post-operatively, she was very pleased with her results and has been maintaining her weight. The after photos, taken seven months post-op, showcase her transformation.
Mommy Makeover Patient 31
This 42-year-old woman (5' 1", 130 pounds) wanted to address changes in her abdomen and breasts following pregnancy. She underwent a 'Mommy Makeover,' which included a bilateral breast augmentation and a complete tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). Her breast augmentation was performed using Mentor MemoryGel implants (425 cc), placed in a submuscular position through an inframammary crease incision, increasing her cup size from a C to a DD. The after photos, taken four months post-procedure, highlight her transformation. She was very happy with her final results.

This case features a 39-year-old woman (5'8", 172 pounds) who was dissatisfied with the appearance of her abdomen after multiple pregnancies and also had an umbilical hernia. She underwent a complete tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), which included muscle separation repair, umbilical hernia repair, and excess skin removal. Additionally, she had a minor scar revision performed under local anesthesia. She was extremely pleased with her final results. The after photos, taken 18 months after her initial procedure, highlight her transformation.
