This case features a healthy 48-year-old woman (5'5", 167 pounds) with a history of weight loss who sought to enhance the appearance of her abdomen. She underwent a complete tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with muscle separation repair and liposuction to her flanks. Post-surgery, she experienced a seroma and hypertrophic scarring, which were addressed with a complex scar revision procedure one year later. The after photos, taken 15 months after the initial surgery, illustrate her progress and final results following both procedures.

This 39-year-old woman (5 feet 2 inches, 130 pounds) wanted to address concerns with her breast size, abdominal fullness, and a contracted C-section scar following her pregnancies. She underwent a 'Mommy Makeover,' which included a complete tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with muscle repair and breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed using Mentor Smooth, Round 300cc Moderate Plus profile Memory Gel implants, placed in a sub-muscular position through an incision in the inferior breast crease. Her breast size increased from a B cup to a C cup. The after photos, taken four months post-procedure, highlight her transformation. She was very pleased with her final results.

This 39-year-old woman (5 feet 4 inches, 175 pounds) wanted to address changes in her breasts and abdomen following multiple pregnancies, including breast volume loss, abdominal muscle separation, and increased skin laxity in both areas. She underwent a successful 'Mommy Makeover,' which included a bilateral breast lift (mastopexy) and a complete tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with muscle repair. The after photos, taken five months post-procedure, highlight her transformation. Her scars will continue to lighten over time. She was very pleased with her final results and felt she achieved a more youthful appearance.
