Billing Insurance
We are currently accepting patients with Priority Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare plans. Please note that cosmetic enhancements are typically not covered by insurance, making it essential for patients to discuss their specific concerns and the potential insurance implications with their surgeon. You may need to provide documentation to your insurance company for prior authorization or reimbursements for services rendered. It is advisable to thoroughly review your insurance policy and discuss any questions about billing insurance with our office before proceeding.
Terms & Conditions
Centre for Plastic Surgery complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
Full payment for cosmetic surgery is required 14 days prior to any scheduled procedure. A deposit of 25% of your total procedure cost or at least $1,000 will be charged at the time your surgical appointment is scheduled. Payment for other products and services is due at the time the service is rendered. We accept personal checks or cash, as well as all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Please note that most insurance companies do not cover the cost of elective cosmetic procedures, and elective services will not be billed to any third-party insurer.
