This patient is a 48 year old woman (5’4” and 130 lbs) who lost over 200 lbs and was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts, arms and torso. Her first procedure was a circumferential body lift. She then chose to undergo a breast augmentation with a complete breast lift (mastopexy).
