This 33 year old female with excess upper eyelid skin desired a more "opened and brighter eye look." She underwent a bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty and was very happy with her end results.

She felt the skin was “drooping” and they were asymmetrical from a previous upper eyelid lift performed by another plastic surgeon.
