This patient is a 55 year old female (5'2'', 142 lbs) who was unhappy with "saggy" breast appearance. She underwent a successful breast lift (Mastopexy) surgery. She was very happy with her results. 

Breast Lift with Augmentation Patient 25

This patient is a 38 year old woman (5'8'', 186lbs) who was unhappy with her breast appearance after her pregnancy and weight loss. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation/mastopexy with Mentor Moderate Plus Profile Memory Gel silicone implants placed in the submuscular position (425cc L, 425cc R). Her bra size remained the same but her breasts were more youthful appearing. She is very happy with her results. 

Breast Lift with Augmentation Patient 24

This patient is a 50 year old woman (5’9”, 177 lb) who was unhappy with her breast appearance after a previous augmentation and lift. She chose to undergo a revision surgery which included a conservative re-augmentation using Mentor smooth round moderate-plus profile MemoryGel implants (375 L, 400 R), along with a complete breast lift. Before her revision surgery she was wearing a B cup bra, and she is now wearing a C cup bra.

Breast Lift With Augmentation Patient 23

This patient is a 35 year old woman (5'8", 165 lb) who was unhappy with her breast asymmetry. She chose to undergo a bilateral saline breast augmentation (550cc on right, 420cc on left) by means of a periareolar incision. She also had a left breast periareolar mastopexy, or breast lift. Her result was a much more symmetrical appearance, and an increase from an A cup to a C cup bra.

This patient is a 35 year old woman (5’1”, 155 lb) who was unhappy with her breasts because they appeared to be “sagging.” She decided to undergo a complete bilateral mastopexy, or breast lift, and has been very happy with her results.

Breast Lift Patient 9

This patient is a 43 year old (5’6”, 161 lb) mother of one. She was unhappy as she had some asymmetry, making her right breast more “droopy" than the other. She opted to undergo a full bilateral mastopexy, resulting in a much more symmetrical appearance.

Breast Lift with Augmentation Patient 105

This patient is a healthy 31 year old female (5'5 and 146 pounds) who wished to increase the size of her breasts slightly and improve the overall appearance. She has had 3 prior pregnancies and is noted to have moderate breast ptosis (i.e. "droopiness"). She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy (breast lift) using 400cc moderate and mentor silicone implants on the right and 375 cc moderate profile silicone implant on the left. The implants were placed beneath the muscle. She went from a small C cup bra size to a small D cup bra size.

This patient is a 48 year old woman (5’4” and 130 lbs.) who was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after a very significant weightloss. To address the concern with her breasts, she chose to undergo bilateral sub-muscular breast augmentation using 450cc Moderate-Plus profile Mentor MemoryGel implants & a complete bilateral breast lift (mastopexy).

Breast Lift with Augmentation Patient 15

This patient is a 39 year old woman who was unhappy with lost volume and "droopy" appearance of her breasts following one full term pregnancy. She was treated with Breast Augmentation using implants placed in the the sub-muscular position. She also opted for a Periareolar Mastopexy, where the incisions for the lift are made around the areola, allowing for a better nipple position along with the fuller look she wanted. She went from a full B cup bra size to a D cup bra size.
