This 41 year old mother (5'7", 140lbs) desired restoration of her breast fullness after having 4 children. She underwent a breast augmentation with 400cc moderate plus implants placed in the  subpectoral position. She began with very little breast tissue, therefore the incision is slightly visible at 3 months post procedure.
