Breast Augmentation Patient 167
This patient is a healthy 60 year old woman (5'6", 180 pounds) who had a ruptured right breast implant and history of bilateral textured surface implants. She underwent inframammary removal of both implants with partial capsulectomies and replacement of new implants using Allergan Naturelle Inspira Soft touch 615cc implants placed in the submuscular position. This increased her breast size from a D to a DD cup size. Following this procedure this patient was very happy with her final results. The after photos were taken three months after her breast augmentation with the replacement of implants procedure.

Breast Augmentation Patient 134
This patient is a healthy 31 year old woman (5'2'', 116 pounds) who was unhappy with the size and volume of her breasts. She elected to undergo a breast augmentation using Mentor Smooth Round High Profile silicone implants (375 cc, Left 400 cc Right). This was performed through an inframammary incision and placed in a submuscular position. She was very happy with the overall result, especially the change in how her clothing fit following surgery. The after photos were taken six months after her breast augmentation procedure.

Breast Reduction Patient 26
This is a 40-year-old woman (5'4", 145 pounds) who experienced upper back, shoulder, and neck discomfort related to the weight of her large breasts (34DDD bra). She underwent a breast reduction surgery, during which 482g (1.06 pounds) were removed from her left breast and 362g (0.8 pounds) from her right breast. The after photos, taken six months post-procedure, showcase her transformation.
