Nose Reshaping Patient 11
This 18-year-old woman experienced prior nasal trauma while playing sports, resulting in a deviated septum and concerns about a 'hump' on her nose. She chose to undergo nose reshaping (rhinoplasty) with septoplasty, which included dorsal hump removal and mild tip modification. The after photos, taken 11 months post-surgery, showcase her progress.

This healthy 69-year-old woman, with a history of a previous facelift performed by another surgeon, was dissatisfied with persistent anterior neck skin and muscle laxity. She underwent a neck lift with platysma muscle plication and was very happy with her final results, achieving a more youthful appearance. Chin Liposuction Patient 119
This 40-year-old woman (5' 6", 160 pounds) sought to enhance the contour of her jaw and neck after finding that diet and exercise alone did not achieve her desired results. She underwent liposuction of the chin (submental) area, with a total of 100 ccs removed.
