Male Breast Reduction Patient 4
This 34-year-old man (6 feet 2 inches, 206 pounds) was concerned about the enlarged size of his breasts. He underwent male breast reduction (gynecomastia) surgery, which included both chest liposuction and direct excision of breast tissue. The after photos, taken two months post-surgery, highlight his improved chest contour. He was very pleased with his results.
Facelift Patient 3
This 54-year-old man was concerned about the appearance of his neck following a 30-pound weight loss. He underwent a full facelift, which included liposuction, skin removal, and repositioning. Approximately 130 grams (0.28 pounds) of fat was removed from his neck, along with skin removal and repositioning in the area. About one year after his initial procedure, he also underwent scar revision to soften the appearance of scar tissue. His new profile achieved the look he desired, and he is very satisfied with his results. The after photos, taken eighteen months post-procedure, highlight his transformation.
