This case features a healthy 48-year-old woman (5'9", 160 pounds) who aimed to enhance her abdominal contour following multiple pregnancies, despite diet and exercise efforts. She underwent a full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with muscle separation repair, followed by a scar revision procedure one year later to refine the texture and tone of her scar. The after photos, taken 18 months post-surgery, highlight her complete transformation and final results after both procedures.
Tummy Tuck (Circumferential) Patient 108
This case features a 53-year-old woman (5'6", 183 pounds) who lost 85 pounds following a gastric bypass procedure. She elected to undergo a circumferential tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) to remove excess skin, along with liposuction of her outer hip and flank area. The procedure removed over seven pounds of skin and fat. After surgery, her weight had decreased by an additional 16 pounds, and she was extremely pleased with her results. The after photos, taken ten months post-op, highlight her final transformation.
Tummy Tuck (Extended) Patient 78
This case features a 57-year-old woman (5'6", 156 pounds) who lost 75 pounds following gastric bypass surgery. Despite becoming very active, she felt hindered by excess skin around her abdomen. She chose to undergo an extended tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), completed in two procedures. Following surgery, she experienced much greater comfort during her activities and was very pleased with the final outcome. The after photos, taken 10 months after her initial procedure, showcase the results of her tummy tuck.
