This 37-year-old woman (5 feet 4 inches, 150 pounds) sought a 'Mommy Makeover' to address concerns with abdominal laxity and mild breast ptosis following multiple pregnancies. Her makeover included a breast augmentation and tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). The breast augmentation was performed using Mentor Smooth Round High Profile MemoryGel silicone implants (500 cc on the left and 450 cc on the right), placed in a submuscular position through an inframammary incision. The after photos, taken three months post-procedure, highlight her transformation. She was very pleased with her results.
