This 19-year-old man (5'9", 210 pounds) was concerned about the size of his breasts. He underwent male breast reduction (gynecomastia) surgery, which involved liposuction to remove approximately 300cc of excess fat from each breast. The after photos, taken five months post-surgery, highlight his improved chest contour.
