This 38-year-old woman (5'8", 186 pounds) was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts following pregnancy and weight loss. She underwent a bilateral full (anchor) breast lift (mastopexy) combined with augmentation using Mentor Moderate Plus Profile Memory Gel silicone implants, placed in the submuscular position (425cc in both breasts). While her bra size remained the same, she felt her breasts appeared more youthful. The after photos were taken seven months after her breast lift and augmentation procedure.
