This healthy 25-year-old woman (5'3", 138 pounds) wanted to restore a more youthful appearance and shape to her breasts after her pregnancies. She underwent a bilateral full (anchor) breast lift (mastopexy) and was very pleased with the improved position of her breasts. The after photos were taken six months following her procedure.
