This patient is a 29 year old woman (5’ 0”, 118 pounds) who was unhappy with her natural lack of breast fullness. She elected to have a bilateral submuscular breast augmentation through an inframammary incision using Mentor Smooth Round Moderate profile 375cc saline implants. She went from wearing an A cup bra size to a D cup bra size. She was very happy with the outcome of her procedure. The after photos were taken three months after her breast augmentation surgery.
