This patient is a healthy 31 year old woman (5'3", 159 pounds) who was unhappy with her breast appearance due to the loss of breast volume following the birth of her children. She elected to undergo bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with Mentor Smooth Round High-Profile Memory Gel implants, (425cc on the right and 450cc on the left to correct minor asymmetry) placed through an inframammary crease incision in the sub muscular position. She went from a C cup bra size to a D cup bra size. She was very happy with the improvement to her breast shape and volume. The after photos were taken five months after her breast augmentation procedure.
