This patient is a healthy 44 year old woman (5'0", 160 pounds) who was unhappy with her breast size and shape as well as the appearance and excess tissue of her lateral chest (Bra-Line) area. She underwent an excision of the excess tissue and liposuction of her lateral chest wall as well as a submuscular inframammary breast augmentation using 490cc Mentor Xtra Memory Gel implants. This brought her from an A cup to a D cup. Following this procedure she is very happy with final results. The after photos were taken 18 months following her breast augmentation and bra line excision with liposuction procedure.
