This patient is a healthy 32 year old woman (5'4", 140 pounds) who was dissatisfied with the appearance of breasts and was hoping to improve the fullness of this area while maintaining a natural appearance. She underwent a bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with inframammary incision using 425cc Mentor Memory Gel high profile implants. This increased her breast size from a B to a D cup. Following this procedure this patient was very happy with her final results. The after photos were taken six months following her breast augmentation procedure.
