This patient is a 34 year old woman (5'6", 140 pounds) who desired a larger and fuller breast size. She underwent a bilateral sub muscular breast augmentation using an inframammary crease incision and 490cc Mentor High Profile Xtra Memory Gel implants for each breast. This patient was a B cup prior to surgery and her end results placed her into the DD cup range. She was very happy with her final surgical results. The after photos were taken three months after her breast augmentation procedure.
