This patient is a 30 year old woman (5'8'', 130 pounds) who was unhappy with her breast size. She decided to undergo a bilateral submuscular breast augmentation using Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone breast implants through an inframammary incision (450 cc bilaterally.) She went from a B cup to a D cup and very pleased with her results. The after photos were taken six months after her breast augmentation procedure.
