This patient is a healthy 30 year old woman (5’2”, 109 pounds) who desired larger breasts, and specifically wished for more upper breast fullness. She underwent a submuscular breast augmentation using 400cc smooth round moderate plus implants through an inframammary crease. She went from an A cup to a natural looking C cup. She was very happy with the final outcome of her procedure. The after photos were taken six months after her breast augmentation procedure.
