This healthy 56-year-old woman was dissatisfied with the appearance of excess skin on her upper eyelids, as well as lateral upper eyelid skin folds that were particularly noticeable in photos. She underwent bilateral upper eyelid (blepharoplasty) surgery, with a 4 mm strip of excess skin removed from the upper portion of both eyelids. The patient was very happy with her final results and felt she achieved a more 'open eye' appearance. The after photos, taken two months post-surgery, showcase her progress.
