This healthy 33-year-old woman was dissatisfied with the appearance of excess skin on her upper eyelids. She underwent a bilateral upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), with approximately 3 mm of skin removed from each upper eyelid. The patient was very happy with her final results. The after photos, taken four months post-surgery, showcase her transformation.
