This healthy 63-year-old man was dissatisfied with the excess skin on his upper eyelids. He underwent a bilateral upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty). One year post-surgery, he had a scar revision procedure under local anesthesia to address approximately 3 cm of dense scar tissue. The patient was very happy with his final result. The after photos, taken six months post-procedure, highlight his progress.
