This 42-year-old woman (5' 1", 130 pounds) wanted to address changes in her abdomen and breasts following pregnancy. She underwent a 'Mommy Makeover,' which included a bilateral breast augmentation and a complete tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). Her breast augmentation was performed using Mentor MemoryGel implants (425 cc), placed in a submuscular position through an inframammary crease incision, increasing her cup size from a C to a DD.
