This case features a healthy 50-year-old woman (5'4", 175 pounds) who sought to address skin laxity and muscle separation in her abdomen following the birth of twins. She underwent a complete tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), which included muscle separation repair and excess skin removal. A secondary in-office procedure under local anesthetic was performed to revise her scar and remove a small area of remaining excess tissue. She was very pleased with her final results. The after photos, taken 14 months after her initial surgery, highlight her progression following both procedures.
