This case features a healthy 45-year-old woman (5'5", 187 pounds) who sought to improve the shape of her abdomen after multiple pregnancies. She was particularly unhappy with the 'double roll' she had developed and felt her abdomen was disproportionate to the rest of her body. She underwent a complete extended tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), which included muscle repair, removal of excess skin and fat, and liposuction around the flanks (hip area). She was very pleased with the overall improvement in her abdominal contour. The after photos, taken six months post-procedure, highlight her progress.
