This case features a healthy 36-year-old woman (5'4", 201 pounds) who sought to address abdominal laxity and excess skin following three pregnancies and C-section deliveries. She underwent a full extended tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), during which 7.54 pounds of excess skin were removed. Despite a small weight gain during recovery, she was very pleased with her final results. The photos, taken nine months post-surgery, highlight the outcome of her procedure.
