This patient is a healthy 54 year old woman (5'2", 133 pounds) who was unhappy with the "drooping" appearance of her breasts. After multiple pregnancies she felt her D- Cup breasts had become asymmetrical and hung too low. She underwent a bilateral full (anchor) breast lift (mastopexy). This included the the removal of excess skin bilateral from her breasts as well as some breast tissue from her right breast to obtain symmetry. This patient was very satisfied with her end results. The after photos were taken twelve months after her breast lift procedure.
