This patient is a 43 year old woman (5’3”, 140 pounds) who was unhappy with the breast ptosis ("drooping") that she developed following bariatric surgery and a weight loss of 106 pounds. She underwent bilateral full (anchor) breast lift (mastopexy). She was very satisfied with her end results and felt that her breasts were much more youthful looking. The after photos were taken ten months after her breast lift procedure.
