This patient is a 55 year old woman (5'2'', 142 pounds) who was unsatisfied with the breast ptosis ("sagging") she developed after multiple pregnancies and weight loss. She underwent a successful bilateral full (anchor) breast lift (mastopexy) to remove excess skin with no breast tissue removal. Post procedure she was very happy with her results. The after photos were taken seven months after her breast lift procedure.
