This patient is a healthy 42 year old woman (5'8", 140 pounds) who was unhappy with the size, shape, and asymmetry of her breasts. She underwent bilateral silicone breast augmentation using Mentor Smooth Round High Profile Gel silicone implants (375cc on right and 400cc on left). She also had a periareolar (benelli) breast lift (mastopexy) of only the left breast to further correct asymmetry. She was very happy with the final outcome of her surgery. The after photos were taken eleven months after her breast lift and breast augmentation procedures.
