This 46-year-old woman (5’9”, 190 pounds) was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts due to ptosis and size asymmetry. She underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with Mentor Moderate Plus Profile Memory Gel implants—375cc on the right and 475cc on the left. To enhance breast shape, a full (anchor) mastopexy was performed simultaneously. Her pre-operative bra size was 38C, and her post-operative bra size was 38D. The after photos were taken six months following her breast lift and augmentation surgery.
