This patient is a healthy 59 year old woman (5’6, 175 pounds) who was unhappy with her breast appearance due lack of breast volume following weight loss. She opted for a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor Memory Gel implants placed in the sub-muscular position through an inframammary incision. She went from an A cup bra size to a small C cup bra size, and was very happy with the improved volume. The after photos were taken three months after her breast augmentation surgery.
