This patient is a healthy 29 year-old woman (5’4″, 132 pounds) who was unhappy with the size and appearance of her breasts following the birth of her children. She elected to undergo a submuscular saline breast augmentation through inframammary incision. The right one was then filled to 290cc and the left one was filled to 280cc to achieve symmetry. She she was an A-cup bra size and is now a full B cup bra size. She is very happy with her natural appearance. The after photos were taken five months after her breast augmentation procedure.
