This patient is a healthy 43 year old woman (5’8”, 150 pounds) who was unhappy with the “deflated” appearance of her breasts. She desired a full but natural breast appearance. She chose to undergo a sub-muscular breast augmentation through a inframammary crease approach using Mentor smooth round Moderate Plus Profile Memory Gel implants (400cc on the left and d 450cc on the right to correct minor asymmetry). She went from a small B cup bra size to a full C cup bra size. The after photos were taken five months after her breast augmentation procedure.
