This patient is a healthy 33 Year old woman (5'4'', 123 pounds) who was unhappy with the loss of breast volume after breast feeding. She was also concerned with the size and asymmetry of her breasts. She elected to undergo breast augmentation with high profile Mentor silicone implants through an inframammary incision in the submuscular position, (475 left, 550 right). She went from a B cup to a D cup bra size. She was very happy with the outcome of her surgery and the improvement of her breast shape, symmetry, and volume. The after photos were taken five months after her breast augmentation procedure.
