This patient is a healthy 42 year old woman (5'6'', 179 pounds) who felt she was small breasted all her life. She had 2 full term pregnancies but did not breast feed. She decided to undergo a submuscular bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor high profile silicone implants (450 CC right, 450 CC left ) through an inframammary incision. She was very happy with her end results. The after photos were taken six months after her breast augmentation procedure.
