This patient is a 30 year old woman (5'11'', 179 pounds) who was unhappy with her breast tissue for most of her life, but felt that she lost even more volume following pregnancy. She elected to undergo bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor Smooth Round High Profile (550 cc bilaterally) through an inframammary incision and placed in a submuscular position. She was very happy with her results. The after photos were taken five months after her breast augmentation procedure.
