This patient is a 36 year old woman (5'5", 155 pounds) who was unhappy with a loss of breast volume after multiple pregnancies and breast feeding. She underwent a bilateral submuscular breast augmentation using an inframammary crease incision and Mentor High Profile Memory gel implants. A 500 cc implant was placed in her left breast and a 550 cc implant was placed in her right breast which increased her cup size from a D to a DD. She was very pleased with her final results after surgery and felt she was back to her pre-pregnancy size and shape. The after photos were taken five months after her breast augmentation procedure.
