This patient is a 27 year old woman (5'5", 122 pounds) who desired more fullness in her breasts. She underwent a bilateral submuscular breast augmentation using an inframammary crease incision and 375 cc Mentor Moderate Plus profile memory gel implants. This procedure increased her breast size from an A cup to a D cup. She was very pleased with her final results after surgery. The after photos were taken three months after her breast augmentation procedure.
