This patient is a healthy 28 year old woman (5'5", 145 pounds) who was dissatisfied with the appearance of breasts due to post pregnancy volume loss. She desired a natural breast appearance while regaining her volume. She underwent a bilateral submuscular dual plane breast augmentation using 450cc Mentor High Profile Xtra Memory Gel implants. This increased her breast size from a B to a D cup size. Following this procedure this patient was very happy with her final results. The after photos were taken three months following her breast augmentation procedure.
