This patient is a 33 year old woman (5'8'', 171 pounds) who was unhappy with her breast shape (tuberous breast deformity) following previous pregnancies. She was also unhappy with the significant loss of volume in her breasts. Her desire was to be much larger and fuller. She underwent an uncomplicated submuscular bilateral breast augmentation with full (anchor) mastopexy using Mentor smooth round high-profile silicone memory gel implants (350cc Right, 400cc Left) through an inframammary incision She was very pleased with her results. These after photos were taken 12 months after her breast augmentation with lift procedure.
